What is included in the charter price?
All our charters include the private yacht, a professional captain and crew, fuel, and standard amenities. Optional add-ons like food & beverage packages, water toys, decorations, and DJ services are available at an additional cost.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and peak seasons. However, last-minute bookings are sometimes available depending on fleet availability.
Are there any hidden fees?
Absolutely not. We believe in complete transparency. The price you see on the listing is the price you pay. Any optional add-ons are clearly priced and only added with your approval.
What is the cancellation policy?
Each yacht may have slightly different cancellation terms. Generally, cancellations made 7+ days before the charter receive a full refund. Cancellations within 3-7 days receive a 50% refund. Please check the specific yacht listing for details.
On the Water
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Absolutely! Most of our yachts allow you to bring your own food and beverages with no corkage fee. We also offer premium catering options for a hassle-free experience.
What happens in case of bad weather?
Safety is our top priority. In the event of unsafe weather conditions (e.g., thunderstorms, high winds), we offer flexible rescheduling options at no additional cost. Our team monitors weather conditions closely and will communicate with you proactively.
Where do the yachts depart from?
Most of our yachts depart from ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove or Marina at Keppel Bay. The exact departure point will be confirmed upon booking and is listed on each yacht’s detail page.
Is there a minimum charter duration?
The minimum charter duration is typically 4 hours. Some yachts offer half-day (4 hours) and full-day (8 hours) options. Overnight charters and multi-day trips are also available for select vessels.
Safety & Requirements
Do I need a boating license?
No! All our yachts come with a professional, MPA-certified captain and crew. You don’t need any boating experience — just sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride.
Are children allowed on board?
Yes, children are welcome on most of our yachts. Life jackets in various sizes are provided. We recommend informing us about children in your group during booking so we can ensure appropriate safety measures are in place.
What safety equipment is on board?
All our yachts are equipped with life jackets, fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and communication equipment as required by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA). Safety briefings are conducted before departure.
